General Questions
Libyan International Veterinary Company (LIV) is a leading company in the distribution of veterinary medicines and veterinary medical equipment in Libya. We specialize in providing high-quality products and comprehensive solutions to support animal health and farm productivity.
You can register by clicking the "Register" button at the top of the page. You will need to enter your personal information and create an account. For wholesale customers, you can select "Wholesale" account type and your request will be reviewed and approved.
You can use the search box at the top of the page to search for products by name or description. You can also browse products by categories from the main menu.
Ordering Questions
You can browse products and add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to the cart page and complete the purchase. You will need to log in or create a new account to complete the order.
We accept several payment methods: cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and mobile electronic payment.
Delivery time depends on your location. In Tripoli and Misrata, it usually takes 1-2 business days. For other areas, it may take 3-5 business days. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date.

Wholesale Questions
You can register through the registration page and select "Wholesale" account type. You will need to enter company information, the company owner name, and the company phone number. Your request will be reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours.
A wholesale account provides you with special prices and exclusive discounts on all products. You also get dedicated technical support and premium customer service.
The minimum quantity varies by product. Usually it is 10 units or more per product. You can check the minimum quantity for each product on the product details page.
Product Questions
Yes, all our products are original and imported from GMP-certified and internationally approved manufacturers. All products comply with Libyan Ministry of Agriculture & Animal Wealth regulations.
You can check the product status through the "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" badge on the product page. You can also view the available stock quantity.
Yes, you can use the "Request Quote" feature for unavailable products. We will contact you when the product is available or we can arrange a special order for you.
